One Surface: $160
One Surface restorations occur on the chewing surfaces of posterior teeth (molars and premolars) or in the natural pits and grooves of teeth.
These fillings repair cavities located in the top surface of the tooth, where decay commonly develops.
One surface restorations involve anterior teeth and include the biting edge (incisal edge).
These restorations are commonly used to repair fractured, chipped, or decayed front teeth, restoring both function and esthetics.

Two Surface: $260
Two Surface restorations involve two surfaces of posterior teeth, typically the chewing surface and one side mesial or distal (between teeth).
These restorations are used when decay develops between molars or premolars, an area that can be difficult to clean.
Two surface restorations on anterior teeth (front teeth) involve the side surfaces between teeth, but do not affect the biting edge.
Because these restorations are highly visible, composite materials are ideal for maintaining a natural appearance.

Three Surface: $360
Sometimes a cavity affects multiple surfaces of the same tooth. In these cases, the restoration is named based on the surfaces involved.
For posterior teeth, combinations may include::
MOD (Mesial-Occlusal-Distal) – decay involving both sides of the tooth and the
For anterior teeth, combinations may include:
MI (Mesial-Incisal)
DI (Distal-Incisal)
MID or MOD for front teeth depending on surfaces involved
These restorations rebuild the tooth’s shape, restore proper contact between teeth, and help maintain normal biting and chewing function.
Composite restorations allow dentists to precisely repair these surfaces while maintaining the natural appearance of the tooth.
